Kit Digital

The Kit Digital is an initiative of the Government of Spain, which aims to subsidize the implementation of digital solutions available on the market to achieve a significant advance in the level of digital maturity.

Gespoint Software offers specific business management solutions for translation companies and included as «Digitizing Solutions» within the support program «Kit Digital».

If your company meets the conditions set out in the terms and conditions of the support program Kit Digital, you will be able to have a digital voucher that will allow you to access the digitalization solutions offered by Gespoint Software.

The maximum amount is detailed in this tableand it will depend on the size of your company:

The main objective of this category is to digitize and optimize the management of business relations with its clients.

Solution´s name: Gespoint Translator + CRM

Functions:

• Integrated system: The Gespoint CRM module is optional, so it has full integration with the invoicing, accounting and project management system, which allows you to keep all the company's information unified and updated in real time under a single platform.
• Clients and potential clients management (Leads): Clients and potential clients database which allows you to manage your entire sales cycle, from the opportunity to the contracting and invoicing of the services
• Quotes and opportunities management: Management of business opportunities that involve sending offers and quotes to the potential client or Lead, with follow-up on the status of each opportunity (in analysis, offer presented, in negotiation, won, cancelled, etc.).
• Commercial tasks: Create commercial actions and tasks, both manually and automatically, controlling their execution and monitoring them through calendars, lists, reports, etc.

Solution´s name: Gespoint Translator

• Invoices in structured format: You will have the possibility to issue invoices in structured formats, such as the FACTURA-E format, to facilitate the automated processing.
